Employment contract between Power Group ApS and Dennis Holm

1. EMPLOYMENT

1.1 Parter i aftalen

This employment contract has been entered into between Power Group ApS, located at Njalsgade 21F, 2nd floor, 2300 Copenhagen, CVR no. 44392135 (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and Dennis Holm, residing at Nykøbingvej 208, 4800 Nykøbing F with CPR no. 0304802715 (hereinafter referred to as "the employee").

1.2 Stilling

The employee is employed in the position of Carpenter. The employee will perform his work for the user company, Tømrerfirmaet Kaj Olsen og Leif Pedersen ApS (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

1.3 Arbejdsstandarder

The employee undertakes to carry out his work in accordance with professional standards, the Company's and the Customer's policies and procedures, as well as the legislation in the area. The employee is expected to maintain a high degree of professionalism and to contribute positively to the workplace environment and culture.

1.4 Collective agreement

For the employment relationship, the Industrial Agreement (concluded between DIO I and CO-industri) and any local agreements and customs in Power Match and at the user company apply. This includes agreements on salary, working hours, holiday, sickness and termination.
